Directions:
Paint entire canvas yellowish/gold and
let dry. Paint creamy white rectangle in middle of canvas about 5" x 9" and let dry. Paint
3" black border around creamy white rectangle and let dry.
Use check stencil with creamy
white paint to make border around outside edge of black. Let dry
again. Apply WALLIES®.
