Returns/Exchanges

Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days on all products.

Products must be returned in their original packaging to:

You must include the packing slip that was shipped with your original order. Please explain the reason for your return.

Wallies Big Murals and Plage Products: A 20% restocking fee (on the purchase price) will be deducted from your refund for all non-defective products being returned.

If by chance you receive a defective product, we will exchange it for a new one of the same variety free of charge.

Big Vinyl Murals cannot be returned.
